Origins and history of the company


Pai Cristal was born in Milan in 1965 and soon becomes acquainted with its state-of-the-art products, consolidating its image and expanding it to the markets with the participation in the most important trade shows. The desire to invest in research and development as an important growth factor, in order to offer the market original and innovative products for surface treatment, has allowed it to expand its applications and grow to become a reference for its customers. This new dynamism has enabled a wide range of activities from the world of glasses and fashion accessories (buttons, buckles, decorations, hair ornaments ...) to metal and plastic to the finish of surfaces and paints in the world of cars, nautical, Mobile and musical instruments. In 2000, another important breakthrough took place in Pai Cristal, which, driven by a new managerial impetus, from a stronger propensity towards foreign markets and the need to increase production capacity, decided to move its operational headquarters by transferring 'Company in Cadore, in the heart of the Bellunesi dolomites. This choice has allowed him to approach an important part of his customers in the eyewear district, strongly developed in the area, enabling a better understanding of the specific needs of the industry and enabling them to offer more targeted solutions.







Internationalization of the company 

In 2004, with strong knowledge and experience accumulated over the years in Italy, to better respond to the specific needs of some Far East markets in strong growth, the company decides to invest directly in China and India, with its own commercial and production locations To grasp the interesting opportunities offered by these markets.
